Trivia
- The Maryland couple who sued Wal-Mart in December 2004 had bought the album for their daughter; they objected to a swear word sung during 'Thoughtless', a Korn cover.
- The CD insert lists 'Missing' as track eight, but it is actually track 14 and is incorrectly labeled 'Whisper'.
- A 2003 Billboard Music Awards performance of 'Bring Me to Life' in Las Vegas is hidden on the DVD menu: move the cursor to the largest thorn on the left side of the screen.
- Some copies of the album carry a Parental Advisory notice while others are still sold without one.
